Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble. It is somewhat difficult to understand your typing but for burning and itching I have found the Ilex skin paste to be extremely helpful. Others in this group like the "ziincofax baby ointment". Ilex is worth the money but can be bought on Amazon for a little over $20.

Give it time. Things will be way different at 4-5 months than they were at 2 months.

For decreasing how many times you go to the bathroom I think maybe you should contact your surgeon this close to your surgery date but maybe others here will have more suggestions.

yes surgery date is 24 march i go to italy to see me and will tell

ask about  illex skin the surgeon

its normal then to go 10 times at the day at bathroom and night 5 -6 times at bathroom all of this is normal and  in my stomach is have sounds and gas ?

Its not hard the stool how time is need to be form stool and its normally i dont form good stool only 2 mounths after reversal ?

alll of this is normal and will takedown with the time ?

Hello, Borislav.

For the itching, try a sitz bath. Or fill the bathtub with very warm water, sit in it, and soak until the water cools. The hot water will encourage blood flow to the area, and is very comforting and soothing. Also try a bidet squirt bottle to help keep that area clean. Gas is normal at this early stage. It also depends what you eat and drink, and when (close to bedtime?) that can cause gas.

at night only have pain and go very often to wc when go to sleep is make gruwling bowel sounds and very often to wc going (8 times to bathroom  at night like but itches i have only night) i cannot hold its and this is normally exactly i dunno for that i ask if this is normal?  at the day i not have any problem only at night cannot hold and have very itches and make me crazy

Yes that is normal for now. Outside of pain medication the only thing that helps me with the itching is soaking in the bathtub.

i was they said every cream i can use for the skin butt can tell me which i to choose?

how time is need when i can drink carbonated drink they said everything to eat but for drink no carbotaned how much time is need to drink carbonated drinks like beer

Beer and alcohol almost always give me pouchitis/cuffitis symptoms if I drink more than one day in a row (Friday and Saturday). I still drink it though. Treat it same way you treat food. Slowly reintroduce it and see what happens. Usually it's not the same day that bothers me. It is usually the days after...

Hello, Borislav.

Alot of people use Calmoseptine to heal and protect the irritated skin, and create a barrier of protection on the skin against the burning of stool acids. I used it in the beginning  but I stopped because the menthol started to irritate my sore skin. Now if I have problems I use a baby cream called Zincofax. It is made especially for baby's diaper rash and it is gentle. It starts to heal skin very fast in a few hours. If you can't find Calmoseptine, then any cream made for baby diaper rash is good. All drugstores will carry baby diaper creams. Some j pouchers also use ilex paste. Good luck to you. (I avoid carbonated soft drinks because of the gas, and too much sugar in them.)

but is normally about beer not to drink only two months after reversal only wine can drink they said

for beer forever cannot drink or will come time when i can drink beer i love it

If you are allowed to drink alcohol you could try a very small amount and see how if affects you. You would probably know in a few hours, or the next day.

i am allowed to drink wine i dont ask about other alcohol or beer if i drink beer will have any risk to damage jpouch? its only two mounths after reversal i am afraid to make problem with jpouch or its cannot make problem beer to damage Jpouch

what you will say to wait other mounth or can i test its?

and how much time is need to recovery to go to train (fitnes) (working out)

and when i can be normally like make sex life?

Beer and wine do not damage the pouch, but may cause increased diarrhea while you are adapting. What are you taking to slow your gut? Your frequency is high, even though you are in the adaptation period.

When I eat eggs, it slows down my j pouch and makes my poop not that acidic. Maybe you could try eating eggs. Also for butt burn conditioner helps me. Once I put it on my butt I wait a few minutes or so and there's no pain or butt burn.
