About Eliminating Parasites

Hi, everyone I am new here and I will need your help, people that can clear my question it is welcome, please I want to know if people with J pouch can/need to clean your body from Parasites, my husband had a kind of J pouch operation 7 years ago, he has not large intestine but I wonder if will be possible he can/ have parasites as we eat kind a vegetarian food.
