Cramping during pregnancy

hello everyone! Thanks for accepting me into the club❤️❤️. I am going through my first J-pouch pregnancy and I wanted to know has anyone experienced cramps, or blockages?? How bad were they? During what stage of pregnancy did you experience them and how long did they last?? What helped get rid of them?? HELP!!!
