Hi everyone! It's been a long time since I have been on here.
My first question is, has anyone won a disability case for their Juvenile Polyposis or similar medical problems? My daughter has been trying to get on disability due to her JP for two years now. She's had 3 surgeries (first one never healed right, she was the first patient there to have it done all laproscopic). She's on her 2nd Jpouch. She's doing good but cannot work due to her situation. The most recent court hearing the judge asked if she's able to go back to wearing the bag. I don't understand why she even asked that because it's almost like they are forcing her to go through another surgery! She doesn't want to have to go through any more surgeries, she is happy at how things are right now. We are praying that it will be in her favor in just a few days.
My next question, what is the best pain relief for a fissure? Mine has come back recently and it's been the worst ever! I got sick with food poisoning recently and took some Pepto and Tums and it caused some constipation and caused the fissure to return terribly. What is the best thing to take on a daily basis for a stool softener?
