Bend, stretch, twist, turn...do yoga...I know of no other way to untrap the wind then to mechanically turn the pouch through movement...you will eventually find the positions that work best for you and your pouch...some people have success laying on their tummies with a pillow under their abdomens, others on their sides on the bed (be ware of other stuff coming out with the wind!)...
and of couse massaging your tummy can sometimes help.

I understand how annoying that is. Gas is one of the many reasons I'm sorry I got a pouch. The only times I've been lucky at getting rid of it is during bowel movements or sometimes when I'm laying on my back. Otherwise it's sure not like the old days when this never happened to me. And gas is one of the main reasons I can never, ever, get enough (censored word) sleep!!!!!!! Mad Mad
