Reply to "Xanax use"

I've been clean from Xanax for 15 days. Even though my dosage was not high, I felt I was on it too long. I'm going to warn you. The stuff is highly addictive. It is something I wish I never touched. I used to use Benzos sparingly for the occasional anxiety attack. I was so sensitive that I would always end up crying the next day.

It's very tough to get off. I would only use it in emergency situations. It did slow down my bowels but I would rather use other meds for that. Xanax is not something you want to mess with for no reason.
