Poucho, all the literature is on the internet.  Benzos in general are considered a highly addictive medication.  You don't need to feel high to get addicted to something.  Some people like the sedative effect. And some people have such debilitating anxiety or PTSD that they take it regularly and build a tolerance.  It's also sold on the street which is pretty telling.  It's one of the harder drugs to come off.  Because one can experience seizures if taking larger dosages regularly, doctors advise weaning in a medical setting or under medical supervision.

Well I don't have an addictive personality so I had no issues with it, as well as pain meds... I was on high doses of them several weeks at a time here and there and could stop them the next day no issues. just me I guess I am lucky

From all the scare stories I have read, you would be considered very lucky!
