Bright red blood is very fresh, so the hemorrhoids are the most likely source. Watery diarrhea and pain after eating can be cause by a bunch of things. Obviously you need to get a GI to help you sort this out. Hopefully it will be someone you can trust in spite of the traumatic experience you had with that earlier polypectomy. You can’t really afford to ignore those polyps.
