Reply to "Workout - obstruction? Omega 3 bogus?"

Hi,

I have found that I too get obstructed when I begin lifting weights especially if I do sit ups. I also have I noticed that when I sit on a exercise ball that I will obstruct days later.  But I also get up stricted when I don't workout heavily so I can't say it's just the working out.
