i agree with the previous post. It all boils down to diet. Depending on what I eat I can easily pass gas and when I do, I smile as if I had an orgasm. It's such a rush, and I'm like wow, how did that just happen? Always of course when I'm alone. I had my two part surgery in 2001. I used to live on Metamucil, but stopped it when I switched over to a whole food plant based diet 3 years ago. More fiber than I ever need.
