My ilium was used to create my k-pouch. I was told all k pouches were. What is yours created from if you don't mind me asking. I was told ferritin and B12 was absorbed in the colon. My liver is now having issues with fatty tissue and I've gained 45 pounds in 4 months and my hair is falling out. I was told this is because of the iron. I'm so confused right now. Thank you Sharon ❤️. I need to have a sit down with my doctor's again with this information. Thanks, Ric
