Results so far:
~Digestion is on par at times and then better other times compared to when I was eating meat & dairy. Never worse so far.
~Heat regulation is 100% better. I work in a hot area and would have to keep the fan on me every day, no matter if other people thought it was cold or not. I have not needed a fan at work since almost right when I stopped eating meat & dairy.
Had to get a multivitamin, calcium supplement and B-12. If more is needed I will not know until I have blood work done. But I would need a calcium supplement anyways as Prednisone gave me pre-osteoporosis.
Wow, those are amazing results!!! I eat a lot of vitamin enriched cereals. I take iron, calcium, and vitamin D suppplements- after 5 years I think its pretty normal to have to take that.
Yeah prednisone is annoying, it does wonders but it comes with side effects.
