Tummy tuck and J pouch

Hi there, has anybody had a tummy tuck prior to their j pouch surgeries? If so, did the surgeries ruin your tummy tuck? I know my health is way more important than how I look and I would always make my health the priority....I was just curious? From what I’ve seen, an emergency colectomy would most likely include an incision down the midline of the abdomen which would of course cut through a tummy tuck ab repair. What about an elective colectomy and jpouch surgery though? Is anybody aware of those surgeries separating their abdominals?
