Trouble emptying j pouch

Hello everybody its always difficult for me to empty my pouch as it feels feels very narrow and tight when output comes out every single time i go to bathroom. When i sit on the toilet the normal way only a minimal amount of small pieces of dry stool comes out. The gas and the rest of the more liquid stool feels like its stuck either in the pouch or right above the inlet i could hear the noises coming from there like its stuck with a gurgling sound. The only way i can get gas and rest of stool out is to sit on ledge of bathtub with butt hanging and bend myself completely like my head almost touching the floor. Then it comes out in an explosive manner as if the pressure from bending all the way down makes output and gas come out in bathtub. Please give your opinion and advice on this... Im so depressed and hopeless
