Swollen/stressed pouch

Is this a blocked bowel?
I had pain near where my stoma was about 48 hrs ago. Pretty certain it was blocked as I’ve had partial blockage there before.
what I’m concerned about now is that I am passing stool and gas, however I am still in pain. Every time I step I feel like someone punched my pouch. It feels swollen and stressed.

any thoughts? I don’t know if it’s normal to feel this after blocked bowel?

if it is, any suggestions to make it better?
