You can also try GasX (simethicone) . It does not constipate me.
Hi, thank you so much. I did try some chewable Phazyme which contains Simethicone.
Diet: Full Vegetarian
Breakfast: Bagel with Cream Cheese or Oats or Cream of Wheat or White Bread with Peanut or Almond Butter. Any of these with a cup of Coffee.
Lunch: Rice with some form of lentil soup and some cooked vegetables
Dinner: Pasta or Flour Tortillas or Rice with Veggies or Cheese.
