Stoma skin/color changes

I went to change my ostomy yesterday and my stoma was 2-3x as big as normal and bent over and really looked mushroomed. It has places where it looks like the adhesive ring when it gets on it before I wipe it off (if that makes sense) but they don’t wipe off. They are like pieces of skin that are dying or infected and they are greenish/yellow like stool or ring colored. They are definitely part of my stoma. I’ve called my surgeon and GI and they wanted to see me immediately but of course I won’t be home until Monday due to my daughters wedding out of state this weekend. So, just wondering if anyone has had these issues?? When I look up anything online all I can find that looks similar is A) looks like it’s prolapsed for one and B) the discoloration is a form of lymphoma.....?? Seems like a big leap but I have been struggling the last few months with infections and I assumed it was due to my Remicade treatments... not sure if I can post pics on here so didn’t, but can. Would love any info good or bad, or ideas where to look or read. I’ve been at this 8 yrs now and thought I’d seen it all! I’ve been hoping for a takedown back to my j-pouch but that’s looking farther and farther away..... thanks for any info!
