Some advice about night time jpouch

Hello at the day i can hold the stools and going about six-seven times but when come night i go 5-10 time per night cannot hold stools? its normally?

and when i will hold nightime ?

how much time is need to go ?

when empty jpouch resovoir not have problem and leave but when pass 30 minutes after i was in bathroom and empty my jpouch resovoir(stools) its want like the stools wanna go (make sounds) out but i not go to adapt my new jpouch only three mounths after reversal is normally for night time to go so much time ? and this when empty resovoir he want more to empty after i empty it.?

Some advice tip to not go more often per night time to bathroom
