comes in patches between my fingers and on one side of my head under hair line.(yes generally has little bumps with it) but will always come back,use cortisone cream, so save the tube(generally takes 2-3 treatments to go. dizzyness is also common many be due to way you eat. I will tend to go without food till supper so I can work without running to the bathroom. Still go 20-30 times if I don't watch my intake I control nights with codiene pills. The best thing in my life is a bidet company named AM/DM sells them but you can find a number of different ones on line that mount on a normal toliet. Not funny,WORTH IT!!!!
