Reply to "SIBO"

I thought my bathroom problems were caused by fruits and vegetables. In the last year I was so sick and everything I ate seemed to give me grief. I had to figure it out myself. I realized I may have a gluten intolerance. I cut out gluten, drink flax milk instead of dairy milk. I take a powder called "Pure", I bought on Amazon. I take it in the morning mixed with 6 oz. of water a half hour before I eat anything. Within a couple weeks after cutting gluten and taking "Pure", I felt so much better. I was having horrible pain in my hips and lower back still. Went back online and realized it may be an iron issue. Anemia can happen with gluten intolerance. I was taking a lot of Tylenol. After I started taking a fermented iron supplement, my hip and back pain went away within two days. I was amazed. I started eating fruits and vegetables to see if they were truly the problem before figuring out what was going on. I am happy to say I am tolerating them just fine now! I had a broccoli salad tonight! I have been in the bathroom less. I have had problems with weakness since surgery for FAP. I have had three doctors since then who never caught it may be an autoimmune disease. I even went to emergency a year ago due to being weak and had diarrhea for nine days. I was taking in more fluids because of the diarrhea at home. So, since I was not dehydrated I was sent home. That is when I went online to figure it out. When I was having a lot of bathroom issues, I assumed it was the fruits and vegetables. Now I know it was the gluten. I was dangerously sick and afraid. My body went through so much. If you want to know the specifics of my problems while eating gluten, please ask. I hope you will figure out what is happening in you. I wish you well.
