Retired Military with Medicare and Tricare for Life-Pouchoscopy coverage

I am retired from the military and will go on Medicare next year. Just curious as to how well pouchoscopies are covered and the frequency of coverage. Will they cover a scope every year to two, if recommended by your doctor. I will have Medicare (A and B) and Tricare for Life.
