Restroom visits

I know this is not the greatest topic in the world to discuss, but hey we all have to do this, some more than others. I'm just wondering for those of you that feel good, and lead as normal as a life as possible with your jpouch, how frequently do you have to visit the restroom on a daily basis?

I know there are some folks on here that have better experiences than others, and have a normal daily routine/regimen they do.

I guess what I'm looking for is for those of you that generally have no issues, and consider yourself to have a healthy pouch, what is your regular/routine number of visits to empty your pouch?
