Sorry to hear of your situation.

Any other symptoms with the fatigue?

I’m asking because I have severe fatigue that turned out to be from autonomic dysfunction. Autonomic disorders are reasonably common but are not really covered in medical school and doctors often don’t even consider it as something to rule out.
