It’s is tough but it’ll get better. I used to wear depends at night but u end up getting used to waking up. I can only speak to the grumbling part- it continues and still grumbles and makes noises all the time. I’ll be in meetings and it’ll make noises, it I just joke it off like I’m hungry.
