For me, it was emergency removal of colon June 2012 (step 1). Create the J-pouch Jan. 2013 (step 2). Connect the J-pouch and take down stoma April 2013 (step3).

Easiest of the 3 surgeries for me was the 2nd step. It is best to be healthy and strong and healed for any surgery.
