Reply to "Qing Dai - Experiment Working So Far"

Here is an update on my original post. The qing dai definitely seemed to help my symptoms (I was off cipro for 5 months) though my fecal calprotectin that my GI doctor tested to see if my inflammation was fully objectively gone still showed as very abnormally high. I also was using something called gastrazyme in conjunction with qing dai which seeems to be a pretty legit helpful supplement.  I've had to take a round of cipro recently after I accidently ate some seeds which make my pouchtiis flare. I haven't read about any other people trying qing dai for pouchitis (a lot of people have posted about it on UC forums), but I beleive its been helpful to me along with the gastrzyme so far, but I'm gonna keep looking for other things to see if I can't eventually stop using the cipro as often. I'm also contemplating starting humira which I delayed because of COVID.
