Hi,

I run a very high PSA, and had my last biopsy prior to the TPC/IPAA procedures.

My surgeon has been adamant that other then a DRE, absolutely no instrumentation in the jpouch.

So someday when my current urologist wants me to have a MRI of prostate I will do it without the rectal coil.
