Problems with leaking at night

I have been having problems with pouchitus, however I think I have been able to get in under control with VSL#3, and Dr. Gundry Prebiotics, I have control of my bowel movements now and now discomfort. Not currently taking any antibiotics or using Canasa. But I still have problems with leaking at night. Does anyone else have this problem? Could it just be some Pouchitus issues? I have never had leaking at night except maybe after a really bad blockage. Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Have had my pouch for 16 years.
