So I've got an appointment next month on the 8th. The doctor told me it could be pouchitis but I should live as usual until that , i.e. no adjustments regarding sports and diet. Of course I'll decrease it and try to eat unproblematic stuff.
I am currently hoping it really was just a fissure because I usually never had pain and a bad ability to interpret my body due to a couple of conditions such as addison's. This also was the state with the approved fissure, and suppositories with Cholesteramine seem to stop the bleeding plus this night was without an accident.
I hope the tiredness was due to my addison's because december was an extrem stressful month...
I'll update after the pouchoskopy.
