Pouchitis with low frequency

Hi all,

I've had a great last half year, takedown in December 2019 and then mostly 2 stools a day, in the mid of December 2020 I've started to feel tired/fatigued again. Since one week I've had leakages/accidents at night, 3 stools per day, blood and I'm tired no matter how much I sleep and could fall asleep during sports. My addison's is in the low normal again/healthy region so I could reduce my cortisol intake and I hope it isn't the cause; at least for the blood and the night leakages.

When I read the signs of pouchitis of the Mayo Clinic I felt like I had all apart from increase frequency. I also do not have to run to the toilette but I never had to directly after takedown.

Is it possible or did somebody experience pouchitis with a low stool frequency? I am in the final phase of my studies and cannot have a long phase like this  right now....

Thanks in advance and best regards!
