Pouch issue

Hello I’m not sure if anyone can answer this question but for the last 24 hours I have been passing yellow watery liquid out of my bottom. However I have no urgency or pain. I am afraid to eat or drink anything and I don’t want to risk dehydration. Has anyone else experienced this ? Is it something I should see my gastro about? Any suggestions would be appreciated and or if this has happened to someone else and what was the final outcome. Thanks everyone!
