I use super enzymes by Now and nux vomica, a homeopathic med recommended to me by a homeopathic doctor. It has been helping me greatly as I have been obstructing a lot over the last 5 years. In hospital multiple times a year for obstructions. The super enzymes you just take as a capsule and the homeopathic med you can take one little tiny pill and put it in a bottled water and shake until dissolved and then take a teaspoon or as I do a couple of tablespoons. If after 20 minutes that doesn't work then take a couple more tablespoons. I hope you feel better soon.
