Hello J Pouch family...So these last few days I have noticed that I have a slight pain and like something is trying to move through my intestine..I can poop but usually when I poop I have a sigh of relief lately its been feeling like Its not all coming out...I have read online about half blockage where you can use the bathroom and it will fix itself..Should I got to the ER? Or can somebody recommend something I can use to clean me out? Thanks
