I love reading positive experiences with j pouches!

I am almost 3 years since take-down and my j pouch has been a success. I don't have any food restrictions, I am always able to pass gas easily and safely, and I have never had pouchitis. The only 2 issues I had were nighttime incontinence and hemorrhoids. I solved the nighttime incontinence with 2 Imodium before bed, and I have the hemorrhoids under control by taking a daily bath with special bath salts by Better Bath Better Body.
