Pill Cam stuck

I have an ileostomy and had a pill cam placed in my intestine 10 days ago. Xray has shown that it is still in there! I have taken another bowel prep in the hope that it will push it along. Fingers crossed, as I can't have anymore surgeries due to my propensity for fistulas post op.

Any advice to get this out naturally? Diet? Yoga poses?!!
