Pelvic Floor Dysfunction - j poucher

Hello Everyone -

I am having significant emptying issues of the j pouch having my jpouch for seven years, now. Has anyone else have had this issue? If so, besides the exercises what else is there left to do? I am on Humira injections weekly. Wondering if I can start to wean off of them weekly and that may help me out - with dr.'s permission, of course?
