Pain have where was the ileostomy and dirrhea

I have pain where is the closed ileostomy(connected to anus scar) now but have pain for first time and when go to bathroom to empty the stools i have strong burn(in anus and when empty stools have very strong burn I eat spagetthi and chicken at 12:00 pm but is liquid like dirrhea) (Like more liquid) is for first time and all of the day is liquid and have pain where is closed ileostomy small pain but is have .and when eat is make Acids when the Acids will stop ? only 4 mounths and is very hard for me
