I have found VSL #3 to be quite helpful, though it doesn’t seem to help everyone. I’ve been using it for about 10 years. It’s currently unavailable pending a labeling change. The probiotic that was studied under the name “VSL” is now sold as “Visbiome.” Some insurances cover both, some just cover VSL by name, and some cover neither.
