Reply to "Off antibiotics :) Pouchitis remission for 4 months now"

I would love to find an alternate to antiobiotics, but I thought you are only supposed to take KI if you have thyroid issues or have radioactive iodine in your system. Would defintiely be interested to hear others perspectives on this.
