@Doug Kenipe If the eye doctor you saw was an optometrist then you might want to get to an ophthalmologist soonest, even if you can’t get into a retinal specialist immediately. There are other options than waiting, and I’d be uncomfortable waiting without expert guidance. For example, you might be able to switch to budesonide enemas, which would have less systemic absorption than oral prednisone. Good luck!

Thanks Scott. I ended up at my regular family eye care doctor. I've been trying to get in somewhere else but nobody here wants to see a new patient......my family eye doc...becore I seen him...even originally referred me elsewhere but I had to see someone.

He did dialate my eyes, run tests, take pictures, etc...and showed me the issue on screen.

The left eye, instead of being a flat line...or lines...had a hill on it that looked like Mt Everest, lol.

Again, he did say he'd refer me to a retina specialist??? but they wouldn't do anything yet??? I don't know...seems strange just waiting.. I think I would feel better seeing a specialist...maybe someone can get me in...but I have been trying...thanks again.
