@Doug Kenipe The Prometheus test is sometimes useful, but it’s often wrong. Whatever result you get probably won’t (and shouldn’t) change the next steps very much. The set of treatments for the situation you’ve described is nearly the same whether they decide it’s UC, Crohn’s, or indeterminate IBD.
