This sounds nuts but chewing up Augmentin and Cipro before i swallow them has reduced my fistulas and pouchitis from a 5+ to about a 2. Either that or I have just randomly improved. Ironically I am scheduled to start entyvio next week for pouchitis. We'll see if that helps me improve more
