Reply to "My life with a pouch"

I am poucher for past 6+ months. I go anywhere around 5-8 times depending on how much I eat l, which is alot more than I could eat with UC. I eat almost everything on the plate. Only high amounts of salads or fruits with skin tend to cause a diarrhea so as a precaution I stay away from them. In medication I take 1-2 imodium tablets a day and 3tsp pysillium husk powder. I dont supplement any vitamin for the pouch itself, but fish oil caps for healthy fat. I workout 6x a week and mostly strength training. I am 57+ kilos now up from 42 at my takedown and still alot far from my peak but its decent progress. Life's great with a pouch, I can eat and do whatever I want to, I dont shy away from going to toilet in the middle of a class, work or party, and everyone around me knows I have a short bowel so they are very understanding. I dont sweat on what anyone might thing of noises I make in toilet or all day gurgling stomach or a random fart, everyone just laugh it off.
