I am retired military. I did not get diagnosed and have my surgeries until I was already out of the military. To be honest, I do not believe you would be accepted into any of the miltary components. Even in the Reserves or National Guard, you would run the possibility of being deployed as well. You can check with your local recruiter to clarify this.
