I have a pharmaceutical background so I know the drill.  My head is in a bad place right now.  But some how I will come to terms with is horrible diagnosis.  I just need some answers and as we get set up at Cornell, I'm sure that they will come.

Aren't most cases of PSC slow moving?  Like many years or even decades before needing a transplant?  Is your son on Urso?
