Looking for a Doctor

I was recently medically retired from the military because of my Pouch and I am currently still seeing military doctors. But because of ongoing complications with my pouch and constant anemia, they have come to a point where they do not know what else to do. So what I am looking for is for some help looking for a new doctor, I live in the San Antonio Texas area and covered through Tricare (military insurance). Please anyone with some advice.
