Lomotil and Remicade?

My sister is on Lomotil and Remicade. Is this okay given that her colon is in really rough shape? She just started TPN on Saturday. She now weighs 88 pounds. I'm afraid that the lomotil will make things worse. Did anyone else take both these meds at the same time?
