Finally, finally I got my cream kits! It took a lot of work -- I ultimately called the manufacturer and they were shocked that all of my local pharmacies claimed they couldn't get them. A rep from the manufacturer (Seton) called both the distributor used by my local CVS (McKesson) and the pharmacy. Then, after I pestered the pharmacy for 2 more weeks, I finally got it! Note -- it was not covered by my insurance -- $43 for a box of 20 but I don't use them that often. They are life savers when I need them. NDC #: 13925-165-20. Make sure you ask for a box of cream kits rather than a single tube so you get the right applicator.
