lidocaine 3% hydrocortisone 0.5% cream kit

Hello -- Ever since my initial j-pouch surgery in 1998 I've had chronic anal pain/pressure/burning. When I"m really uncomfortable I've been using a lidocaine/hydrocortisone combination that comes in single use tubes (7 grams each). They save me -- hit the exact spot perfectly. I last bought some a year ago and now I can't find them anywhere. Have contacted every local pharmacy I can think of. I can't tell if they're discontinued or temporarily unavailable. I can mix or buy the same combination but I don't know how to insert it without the single use little applicators. Does anyone have any ideas?
