Thank you Merganser22, I slightly noticed the guy improvement after about a month of taking it.

BarbieG, I use a brand from Amazon called “Pure Encapsulations” and it is in the powder form. I am not really sure about it’s interactions with other drugs so I’d say it’s better to ask your doctor or someone more knowledgeable than myself.
